League members, along with their friends, family, and the general public are invited to attend a program organized by the League of Women Voters’ Community Planning Committee.

This program will begin with an opportunity to view maps and designs for current and planned buildings in Corvallis neighborhoods, followed by Jason Yaich, Planning Division Manager, Corvallis Community Development Department, answering questions such as:

    • What building is occurring or has been approved?
    • What demographics and geographic areas are being impacted?
    • Is the city meeting the state's housing goals?
    • What land is still available?
    • What are the challenges for the city and builders?
    • What options do I have for my property?

The program will also include an opportunity for attendees to participate in small group discussions to respond to what they’ve heard and make suggestions for resolving some of the future issues.

Don’t miss this important opportunity to learn and to gather ideas for getting involved in the future of our city.

Co-sponsored by the Corvallis Benton County Public Library and Corvallis Sustainability Coalition.
