- The Corvallis League of Women Voters supports youth programs that address the needs of children who may have educational, health, family, substance abuse, socioeconomic or legal problems that contribute to their leaving school early.
- Prevention and early intervention programs should be available from early childhood to emancipation.
- Programs should be comprehensive, coordinated and community based. Funding for programs should be adequate and consistent to insure continuity.
