This was Louise Marquering’s last year coordinating the sale. Louise appreciates all those who have helped make our fruit sale fundraiser a success over the years. This fall, Charlyn Ellis will be coordinating the fundraising.
We sold 360 boxes of fruit and netted $6,171, as compared with 405 boxes sold in 2023 with net proceeds of $5,161. Of the 195 customers this year, 54 were League members and 141 were not. Only 10 were first-time customers. You can help boost our sales by sharing about the fundraiser with your social networks this fall!
