The program panel will focus on workforce housing – the missing middle.

Panel Members

• Helen Higgins, Executive Director of the Corvallis Boys & Girls Club, will discuss why we need more workforce housing.
• Jackie Keogh, Executive Director of Rooted Homes, a nonprofit organization in Central Oregon that is committed to providing environmentally sustainable and permanently affordable housing. She’ll discuss what is working in Central Oregon and why.
• Eli Spevak founded Orange Spot, a housing development company pioneering new models of green infill housing in Portland and beyond. He will discuss the many ways to create affordable green housing and how to make creative use of infill.
