Or how decisions made at the federal level are impacting our local farms and farm workers? \nIf you answered “YES” to either of those questions\, we hope you’ll join us for the fourth program in our Restoring Democracy series\, “Food & Agriculture: National Issues through a Local Lens”. \nDate: Thursday\, January 22\, 2026\nTime: 6:30 – 8:15 PM\nLocation: Corvallis-Benton County Public Library \nWe’ll discuss issues such as:   \n\nHow are decisions that have been made by the president and Congress impacting our safety net programs related to food?\nHow are tariffs\, immigration policy\, and other decisions made at the federal level impacting our farms – both nationally and locally?\nWhat can state and local agencies do to help?\n\nFeatured presenters are: \n• Ryan McCambridge\, Executive Director of Linn Benton Food Share\n• Mica Contreras\, Executive Director of Linn Benton Lincoln Health Equity Alliance\n• Laura Bennett\, Produce Sales Manager at Ejido Oso \nAudience members will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists.
