SUMMARY:LWV Booth at March 13th Sustainability Fair - Volunteers needed!
DESCRIPTION:The League of Women Voters of Corvallis is a long-time partner of the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition. This year’s Sustainability Fair at the Alumni Center on the OSU campus will be on Thursday\, March 13\, from 5 to 7 pm. \nIn past years\, the LWV of Corvallis has had a booth at the Fair\, and the deadline to register for a booth is fast approaching (2/15/25). But before we can sign up\, we need to identify a few volunteers to help staff the booth. \nFor those of you who may be unfamiliar with the Fair\, it typically draws more than 500 people and includes 60+ exhibitors\, a catered buffet\, and local musicians – all free of charge to attendees. It’s a truly fun and informative event! \nThis is a super easy\, short-term commitment that will help more people in our community learn about the good work of the League. If you’d like to volunteer to help staff the booth\, please contact LWVC President\, Elisabeth Anderson\, at lwvcorvallis@gmail.com.
